Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the general supervision and customer service of the fitness center.
• Attend to the reception desk located within the fitness center
• Responsible for maintaining the high standard of service within the Fitness area.
• Responsible for monitoring the proper use of fitness equipment to ensure machines are being used properly, maintaining the cleanliness of the fitness center, and keep all equipment, machines, and spaces to look their best at all times.
• Ensures the guests are kept informed of all Fitness and Spa activities and developments.
• Deals with any queries coming for both hotel guests and gym members.
• Performs fitness consultations as required.
• To constantly be aware of innovations within the industry.
Be flexible with the working hours including starting time of 5.30am and is able to work weekends and holidays
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualifications
Has 2 years of experience within a similar role
