We are seeking a skilled Senior Chef de Partie – Pastry to lead daily pastry operations and ensure the consistent preparation of high-quality desserts and baked goods. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
•	Prepares and properly garnishes pastry orders as they are received in accordance with recipes and proper plate presentation
•	Always adheres to Marriott’s standards of preparation, recipes, and presentation
•	Ensures preparation and service of all items in his/her section
•	Ensures that portions and appearance of pastry items are up to standard&nbsp;
•	Ensures that food from own station is delivered on time; asks for help if needed&nbsp;
•	Refers to SOPs to ensure that preparation, cooking and presentation specifications of all dishes produced in the section are up to standard
•	Assists the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen
•	Communicates closely with the Team and takes every opportunity to become familiar with all aspects of his/her position so as to fill their position due to their absence.&nbsp;&nbsp;
•	Produces the food of the highest possible quality as required by the Hotel
•	Trains and supports Kitchen Stewards and Trainees as required

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to oversee night audit operations and hotel activities during the overnight shift, ensuring accurate reporting and a high standard of guest service. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for completing night audit procedures, supervising overnight operations, and maintaining Marriott brand standards.
Main responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and fire life safety equipment to ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel property in accordance with Marriott standards.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, disturbances, and security incidents following approved safety and emergency response procedures.</li>
<li>Investigate theft, property loss, and suspicious activity, ensuring proper documentation and reporting through Marriott systems.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate and timely incident, accident, and shift activity reports.</li>
<li>Enforce safety, security, and access control policies while maintaining a professional, guest-focused presence consistent with Marriott service values.</li>

We are looking for a dedicated professional who will take ownership of ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and security across our property: safeguarding our guests, associates and assets while maintaining the world-class hospitality standards for which Marriott is renowned.
Reporting directly to the hotel’s General Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive health, safety, and security programs in line with local legislation, Marriott International policies, and best industry practices.
