The chosen candidate may also provide service to our esteemed guests by handling and resolving maintenance issues as they arise.

 
Operate, monitor and control all plant operations in the property;

<ul>
	<li>Duly report on checks done on the property, reference the chief engineers log book, and act on any issues pertaining to his responsibility;</li>
	<li>Report issues, regular monitoring and updating of BMS as needed through the appropriate channels;</li>
	<li>Address technical maintenance and repairs to the property in a timely manner;</li>
	<li>Perform regular checks to technical areas as directed by the technical director;</li>
	<li>Assist in other trades in the department as deemed necessary such as electrical jobs, plumbing work, basic carpentry and painting work;</li>
	<li>Make sure a proper handover is given at the start and end of every shift;</li>
	<li>Attend training as required.</li>

	<li>Strong Knowledge of electricity and mechanical plant;</li>
	<li>Able to work under his own initiative and a good team player;</li>
	<li>Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation for fault finding of equipment;</li>

Main responsibilities:

	<li>Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.</li>

	<li>Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorised removal of property is conducted within appropriate procedures.</li>

Loss Prevention Host

The Front Office Agent will be responsible for the effortless and seamless arrival/departure procedures of all guests. He/she will ensure that the services provided are consistent with Marriott&#39;s standards at all times in order to meet/exceed guest expectations. Shifts will vary between day and night shifts with the chosen candidate performing night audit duties as required, responding to guest requests, and ensuring standards are met whilst working hand in hand with the rest of the team on duty.
