Overview

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic F&B Host to join our team and provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. As the first point of contact, the F&B Host will greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.

Manage reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and timely seating of guests.

Provide guests with information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.

Seat guests efficiently, taking into account table availability and guest preferences.

Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies as needed.

Uphold company standards for hospitality, service, and guest satisfaction at all times.

 

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of basic food and beverage terminology and menu items.

Familiarity with reservation management systems is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional hospitality training or certification may be advantageous.
