We are seeking a professional and guest-focused AYS Agent to serve as the main point of contact for our guests, handling calls and requests efficiently while delivering exceptional service. Through excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, you will ensure that every guest interaction reflects Marriott's commitment to excellence and exceeds expectations.
Main responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Answer, record and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat and mobile communication devices.</li>
<li>Operate telephone switchboard, process guest requests for wake-up calls and connect and direct calls to the appropriate extension.</li>
<li>Receive, record and relay messages accurately.</li>
<li>Log all guest requests or issues into the computer, contact the appropriate individual or department (e.g. Porter, Housekeeping), and follow up with guests to ensure their request has been resolved to their satisfaction.</li>
<li>Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.</li>
<li>Process room service orders, answer questions on menu selection and record transactions in point-of-sale system.</li>
<li>Liaise continuously and efficiently with the Room Service to make sure that all orders are processed immediately and within the standards of Malta Marriott.</li>
<li>Assist guests as required</li>
<li>Follow all company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.</li>
<li>Proficient in use of hotels systems. </li>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Handle guest concerns and complaints politely and escalate issues to the Gym Instructor or Manager as necessary.</li>
<li>Support promotional activities and inform guests of available Fitness and Spa services when appropriate.</li>
<li>Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required.</li>

REQUIREMENTS:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Operative - Painting and Tiling to join Malta Marriott Resort &amp; Spa.&nbsp;
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Operative - Painting and Tiling to support the upkeep of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public areas. The role involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.
Strong knowledge of plastering and painting is essential, while experience in tile laying will be considered an asset.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
•	Assist with routine maintenance, repairs and inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.&nbsp;
•	Carry out plastering and painting works to maintain high presentation standards across the property.&nbsp;
•	Support basic tiling repairs and installations where required (tile laying experience is an asset).&nbsp;
•	Assist with general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry as needed.&nbsp;
•	Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards or structural issues promptly.&nbsp;
•	Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean and organized condition.&nbsp;
•	Follow all health, safety and security procedures at all times.&nbsp;
•	Assist with emergency maintenance situations when required.&nbsp;
•	Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to guests and ensure a high level of service and professionalism.&nbsp;

REQUIREMENTS:
•	Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.&nbsp;
