Responsibilities:

Ensure food stuff&nbsp;are of good quality and stored correctly

Be environmentally aware

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines

Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues

Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination

Assist with the maximisation of F&amp;B revenue through effective food cost control

Produce consistent quality specialised meals

Assist to supervise your section, including the development of Team Members

Work closely with our Chef De Partie and Sous Chefs

Assist in developing and delivering menus that ensure satisfaction.

 
 
Requirements:

Possession of food handling license

ITS graduate or similar qualification

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar environment

Demi Chef De Partie

The Front Office Agent will be responsible for the effortless and seamless arrival/departure procedures of all guests. He/she will ensure that the services provided are consistent with Marriott&#39;s standards at all times in order to meet/exceed guest expectations. Shifts will vary between day and night shifts with the chosen candidate performing night audit duties as required, responding to guest requests, and ensuring standards are met whilst working hand in hand with the rest of the team on duty.

Loss Prevention Officer PT (Night Shift)

Main responsibilities include:
•	Being responsible for the kitchen operation during shift worked, in the absence of the Head Chef.
•	Ensuring that revised or new Marriott standards are upheld in the product;
•	Communicating and supporting the Food &amp; Beverage development strategy of all products;
•	Support effectively and positively the operational changes, policies and procedures with direct reporting to the Head Chef;
•	Effectively support the process of maintaining the products, progress with ideas and input;
•	Trains staff in accordance with planned training programs and corrects production errors/methods as found necessary.
•	Initiates and participates in creative selling, merchandising, decoration and presentation ideas.

Requirements: 
•	Possesses a certificate or Diploma in Food Preparation from a Catering Institute
•	Minimum of 3 years working experience as chef in an a la carte setting
•	Knowledge of all Food &amp; Beverage standards, HACCP, quality presentation, service and products and local health and sanitation standards;
•	Has proven track record of leading a team
•	Ability to direct and plan food preparation
•	Ability to provide consistent food quality
•	Demonstrates proper and safe usage of all kitchen equipment;
•	Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation;
•	Ability to support the control of food cost;
