We are looking for Food and Beverage servers and Bartender with a passion for service and able to create a memorable experience to our esteemed guests for our various restaurants within our five star property.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders for all food and beverage items, utilize suggestive selling techniques.
• Deliver food/beverages to guests (accurately and completely).
• Clear tables during service.
• Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of F&B areas and servicing equipment.
• Dispose of all waste, clearing all tables, and wiping down bar and preparation and bar areas.
• Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
• Be ready to go the extra mile to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Surprise, delight and ensure a memorable experience to guests.

 

The F&B associates should:

• Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and has a positive attitude towards work;
• Be customer oriented;
• Be a team player with interest in growing within the industry;
• Be in possession of a valid food-handling license.
• The prospective candidates must be fluent in English and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
